Congratulating the Class of 2026 Outstanding Students in Global Management and Leadership
Established in 2019 by the Center for Global Management (CGM), the Outstanding Student in Global Management and Leadership Award honors up to two exceptional MBA students from the graduating class each year. This award recognizes students for their commitment and contributions to the study of global management, the practice of global leadership, meaningful engagement in the intellectual life of the school, and the advancement of diversity and inclusion by bringing a global and multicultural perspective to the UCLA Anderson community.
Please join us in recognizing the 2026 award recipients:

Frankie Coelho and FanNa Fan
FRANKIE COELHO (‘26)
Francesca “Frankie” Coelho entered the UCLA Anderson Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) program with more than a decade of experience leading organizational transformation across the University of California system. Through active engagement with the CGM, they deepened their global leadership perspective by combining international coursework, immersive learning and community involvement.
Frankie broadened their global outlook through the CGM’s experiential learning opportunities, including a global immersion in South Africa focused on social entrepreneurship and community development, where they examined how historical and cultural contexts shape economic opportunity. They also completed an exchange at London Business School, studying energy transitions and sustainability challenges and exploring how leaders navigate climate priorities, infrastructure, policy and capital markets. Additional coursework in global supply chain and international entrepreneurship further strengthened their ability to connect sustainability, operations and strategy across borders.
Beyond academics, Frankie contributed to the CGM community as both a mentee and panelist, helping foster peer learning and encouraging other students to pursue global experiences. Through these engagements, they extended the value of CGM programming beyond the classroom by sharing insights, building community, and supporting broader student participation in global opportunities. They also served as Vice President of Inclusive Excellence for the FEMBA Council, where they advanced initiatives centered on belonging, representation, and community care. Graduating with a specialization in global management, Frankie plans to carry forward the cultural fluency, cross-functional leadership, and globally informed perspective they strengthened at Anderson into the consumer-packaged goods industry. In the short term, they hope to contribute to global brands as an intrapreneur, and over time, to build ventures of their own that connect culture, community, and innovation across markets.
FANNA FAN (‘26)
FanNa Fan entered the UCLA Anderson Executive MBA (EMBA) program with over 15 years of experience in global business development, go-to-market strategy and cross-border partnerships across Asia, Europe and the Americas. With a background spanning travel and hospitality, media and entertainment — and having visited more than 50 countries on all seven continents — she brought a strong international perspective to Anderson and her engagement with the CGM.
During the program, FanNa expanded her global leadership capabilities through immersive international experiences. In Colombia, she explored economic transformation and engaged with local entrepreneurs to understand innovation in emerging markets. At Waseda Business School in Tokyo, she studied AI strategy for business, deepening her expertise in digital transformation and applying these insights in her role at Sesame Workshop. Additional learning in Thailand, along with courses in international business economics, technology strategy and international entrepreneurship, further strengthened her cross-cultural and strategic perspective.
FanNa also contributed actively as a teaching assistant for the EMBA International Business Residency in Shanghai and Hangzhou, and as a panelist and EDI student representative. Graduating with specializations in global management, technology and AI, marketing and leadership, she aims to build global partnerships that connect markets, technology and culture, creating sustainable value across borders.
