Global Management Specialization Graduate: Chadwick Warhola

CHADWICK WARHOLA is a member of the FEMBA Class of 2025, where he specialized in global management. A seasoned medical device professional, Warhola currently serves as territory manager for Boston Scientific Corporation, where he has led product launches, exceeded sales quotas and trained new hires across diverse markets. His decision to pursue the global management specialization was driven by a desire to expand his understanding of international business strategy, innovation ecosystems and the global medical technology landscape.
Originally from a small rural town in Southwest Ohio, Warhola had a transformative global journey at Anderson. Through the Israel global immersion, he explored the country’s innovation-driven economy and its role as a hub for medical device development. The experience reshaped his views on venture capital, government-industry collaboration and the resilience of innovation clusters. Engaging with leaders in Israel’s startup ecosystem, he drew parallels to his own work in electrophysiology and gained insights into how necessity fuels invention in constrained environments.
In Singapore, Warhola examined the country’s role as a neutral, tech-forward gateway to ASEAN markets. Through the Greater China Region global immersion, he studied how Singapore’s meritocratic governance and digital infrastructure support its position as a bridge between East and West. He also explored the ethical and strategic implications of AI deployment, particularly in the context of China’s regulatory environment and the global race for technological leadership.
His London Business School exchange deepened his understanding of strategic innovation. There, he analyzed how incumbents respond to disruptive technologies — insights he applied directly to Boston Scientific’s rollout of pulsed field ablation. Warhola embraced frameworks for dual business models and fast-follower strategies, helping him anticipate competitor responses and advocate for agile, customer-centric solutions.
As part of the Global Access Program (GAP), Warhola worked with Zempire, a New Zealand-based camping gear company, to develop a U.S. market entry strategy. The project challenged his assumptions about global consumer behavior and taught him the importance of cultural context in brand positioning and distribution strategy.
Warhola’s coursework — including Technology Management and CGM speaker sessions — further enriched his global perspective. He heard from thought leaders on topics ranging from AI regulation to U.S.-EU trade dynamics, gaining a nuanced understanding of how geopolitics, innovation and policy intersect. These experiences have shaped his aspiration to pursue international business development roles, where he can source and scale transformative technologies across borders.
Reflecting on his time at Anderson, the CGM played a pivotal role in expanding his worldview and professional ambitions. From Tel Aviv to Singapore to London, he has developed a global mindset rooted in adaptability, strategic foresight and cross-cultural collaboration. As he continues to lead in the medtech space, Warhola remains committed to building bridges between innovation hubs and improving health outcomes worldwide.
